Build and lead Podads’ commercial presence in Norway as its first senior commercial hire. Sell and advise on digital-audio solutions to advertisers and media agencies, manage creator/brand partnership campaigns, develop strategy/action plans, own sales budgets and growth, and build case studies and effectiveness research. Work from Podimo’s Oslo office with the Danish Podads team, reporting to Podads’ CEO; travel to Copenhagen for training and quarterly meetings. Requirements: proven media sales, ideally radio/podcasts; strong digital-sales track record and Norwegian agency/advertiser network; structured execution, creative presentations, independent prospecting and ambitious relationship-building.
