About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive at AMA, you will be at the forefront of the audio advertising revolution, managing and growing relationships with top agencies and brands. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, guiding clients through the process of harnessing AMA’s industry-leading, AI-powered dynamic creative platform.
Our proprietary Studio.AI technology empowers you and your clients to deliver hyper-personalized, data-driven audio campaigns at scale. With AI-driven automation, real-time data triggers, and seamless creative production, you’ll be able to offer solutions that are unmatched in the market. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, product, and campaign management, to deliver best-in-class service, exceed revenue targets, and drive adoption of AMA’s innovative audio solutions in the US market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the primary strategic consultant for a portfolio of agency and brand clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and audio strategy

Translate technical capabilities into business solutions through consultative selling approaches tailored to each stakeholder’s priorities and KPIs

Lead solution design workshops with clients to map their challenges to our dynamic audio capabilities

Collaborate with our creative strategy team to develop compelling campaign concepts that showcase our technology’s capabilities

Partner with campaign management to ensure flawless execution, monitoring performance against client KPIs

Analyze campaign results to identify optimization opportunities and expansion possibilities

Develop and present strategic recommendations for enhancing future campaigns

Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements, campaign parameters, and performance metrics

Represent AMA at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives

Leverage our case study library to demonstrate proven results in similar use cases
About You

3-5 years of experience in digital audio, programmatic advertising, or ad tech solutions selling

Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales environments with complex stakeholder structures

Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including agency structures, publisher business models, and brand marketing priorities

Experience translating technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with programmatic audio buying, DSPs, and data-driven marketing strategies

Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your approach for technical and non-technical audiences

Strategic thinking capabilities to identify client needs beyond their initial requests

Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and develop compelling recommendations

Experience with HubSpot CRM, media planning tools, and standard business applications

Self-motivated approach with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex client relationships
Compensation & Benefits
This position’s annual base pay range is $90,000–$120,000 plus commissions. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. AMA offers a comprehensive benefits package including company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance through United Healthcare and Guardian. Retirement benefits include a 401(k) plan with AMA matching 100% of employee contributions up to 5%. AMA also provides life insurance coverage paid fully by the company.
