We’re expanding our team with a Social Media Sales Specialist to drive ad sales for wellness-focused brands through social media influencer partnerships.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, sales-driven individual with experience in the wellness industry. This role focuses on pitching and closing branded content campaigns with social media influencers in the health and wellness space. You will build and manage a pipeline of partnerships, develop creative campaigns that resonate with wellness audiences, and collaborate with talent to ensure campaign success.

Responsibilities

Proactively pitch Wellness Loud influencer talent and social channels to wellness brands and agencies, securing sponsored campaigns and partnerships

Manage a personal sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals

Develop custom campaign proposals and sales decks tailored to brand and client needs

Collaborate with influencers to create campaigns aligned with brand messaging and wellness trends

Negotiate deals, contracts, and deliverables with wellness brands and talent

Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights to clients

Stay informed on social media, wellness industry trends, and influencer marketing opportunities

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in a sales-focused role with a strong track record in digital media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships

Proven experience pitching and closing branded content campaigns specifically within the wellness industry

Strong understanding of wellness trends, social media platforms, and influencer content strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with brands and talent

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated

Experience with influencer marketing, digital advertising, or media sales is a strong plus
