Talent Manager Director
We are seeking a Talent Manager Director to lead and strengthen relationships with the podcasts in Genuina Media’s network. This role is central to ensuring that our podcasters feel supported, valued, and connected to our mission. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, proactive, and people-driven, with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Podcaster Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for all podcasts in the Genuina network. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators and ensure they are informed, supported, and engaged.
Onboarding & Support:
Guide new podcasts through the onboarding process, helping them understand monetization, campaign formats, and reporting. Create documentation and resources to make these processes smoother.
Campaign Coordination:
Act as the bridge between podcasts and the commercial/media planning teams. Communicate campaign details, coordinate ad reads, briefs, deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Creator Happiness & Retention:
Continuously check in with podcasters to gather feedback, identify pain points, and implement improvements that enhance their experience and satisfaction with Genuina.
Process Development:
Design and refine internal processes to better support podcast creators — from campaign management to payment tracking to creative feedback loops.
Performance Reporting:
Work with internal teams to share key performance insights with podcasters and highlight opportunities for growth.
Community Building:
Foster a sense of community across the network through newsletters, meetups, and collaborative initiatives.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in talent management, creator relations, account management, or media partnerships — preferably within the podcasting, entertainment, or digital media industry.
Languages:
Spanish (native/near-native) and English (professional proficiency).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to balance multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfort using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI) for communication and process optimization.
