Role: Video Editor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, London based

Contract Length: 6 months

We are a content platform dedicated to producing inspirational, high-quality shows that drive positive change and personal growth. The Role

High Performance is looking for a skilled editor who can work closely with our creative and content team. Your main responsibility will be to produce podcast episodes and turn them into captivating social media content that not only grabs the audience’s attention but also encourages them to delve deeper into the full content. In this position, your task will involve infusing creativity and utilising your editing skills to produce compelling content tailored for different social media platforms. If you’re a talented video editor with a flair for storytelling and a strong passion for crafting engaging social content, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

-Have lead input with the content team to pinpoint the podcast’s key moments and highlights, making key editorial decisions

-Produce original and captivating clips and trailers that grab viewers’ attention, enticing them to delve into the entire episode.

-Tailor content for optimal presentation on various social media platforms.

-Edit content with a keen eye for storytelling

-Working with the team to create a unique look to edits

-Repurposing podcast clips to be used for multiple functions in the business

Key Requirements:

-Demonstrated expertise in social media editing

-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

-Competency in graphic design and the ability to integrate graphics into video content

-A profound understanding of effective storytelling

-A talent for injecting innovative and fresh ideas into projects

-A commitment to precision and detail
