The Role
Weβre looking for an experienced, creative, and trend-savvy Video Producer to take the lead on all things video at Astrid – the UKβs leading podcast network for female audiences.
This isnβt just about cutting clips. Itβs about shaping how our shows are discovered, building communities through video-first storytelling, and turning listeners into loyal fans. Youβll also help develop Astridβs own brand content, amplifying our mission and voice across platforms.
Youβll sit at the intersection of production, social, and creativity – using your technical expertise and sharp eye for design to craft content that captures culture and resonates with modern women.
What Youβll Do
β Create scroll-stopping podcast clips that convert viewers into listeners
β Edit, colour grade, and deliver both short-form and long-form video across platforms
β Set up 3-camera shoots and record the shows
β Develop engaging animations and branded visual assets
β Produce video content for Astridβs own brand channels, helping to grow and strengthen the networkβs identity
β Tailor content for each platform – keeping up with trends and formats
β Provide creative direction on social-first campaigns for Astrid and our shows
β Track performance, analyse insights, and refine output for growth
β Collaborate with producers, project managers, and social managers to bring campaigns to life
