Bleav seeks a Technical Production Manager to be the technical go-to person for hosts and producers across its network of more than 500 shows. Reporting to the Head of Production, lead onboarding, improve audio and video quality, manage show setup and distribution, and help shows perform for advertisers.

Manage show migrations, pages, artwork, metadata, RSS feeds and platform setup. Support hosts with production and publishing questions; work with hosting and analytics partners; help shows expand into video; recommend equipment and recording setups; assist with editing; coordinate promos; and develop equipment/software brand partnerships.

Bring professional podcasting, production, editing or audio-engineering experience, expert recording-equipment/software knowledge, Adobe Premiere proficiency, strong organization and process-building skills, and confidence working directly with creative talent. Experience with Simplecast or similar hosting/analytics platforms is a plus.
