Mondo Metrics Expands Team with Industry Talent from NFL and Wave Sports

Los Angeles, CA — Mondo Metrics, the analytics platform and data consultancy helping publishers, brands, and sports teams measure and monetize content across podcast, video, and social, is excited to announce two new additions to its team:

  • Britt Deise joins as Expert-in-Residence
  • Chris Trader joins as Senior Analyst

Deise brings over six years of experience from the National Football League (NFL), where she led content strategy and analytics across all 32 Clubs and managed platform partnerships with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and more. As Expert-in-Residence, she will work with sports clients and advise on product development and client strategy, ensuring Mondo’s tools reflect the real needs of modern sports and media organizations.

Trader joins Mondo Metrics with experience at OMD and Wave Sports + Entertainment, where he supported leading brands and some of the most-followed sports accounts in the U.S. with data strategy, content performance reporting, and optimization. At Mondo, he will lead client reporting and insights across podcast, social, and video platforms.
