New Podcast “Speak to an Agent” Launches With a Rule Most Branded Shows Won’t Make: No Sales Pitches, Not Even From the Host’s Own Company

Engineers, independent analysts and enterprise operators get an unscripted room to talk about what’s working, what isn’t, and who’s accountable when an AI agent gets it wrong. Three episodes, featuring AssemblyAI’s Dylan Fox, AI Consultant Uri Eliabayev and ServiceNow’s Sarup Paul, drop today for International Podcast Day.

Speak to an Agent, a new podcast about agentic AI, launches today with a three-episode binge drop timed to International Podcast Day. The show is built around one rule: guests talk shop, not sales. That rule applies to everyone on the mic, including the company that produces it.

Most enterprise-AI podcasts hit the same wall: once a guest works for the company behind the show, the conversation turns into a commercial. Speak to an Agent is built the other way. Guests trade unfiltered takes on agentic AI, the systems that don’t just answer a customer but decide what to do next.

The questions stay practical: what’s working, what isn’t, and who’s accountable when an agent goes off-script. Takes that would make a brand team nervous are the point, not something an editor cuts.

Launch episodes

Episode 1: “Voice AI’s Biggest Bottleneck” What It Actually Takes to Ship Voice AI Dylan Fox, Founder & CEO, AssemblyAI. Fox explains why voice AI was once left for dead and unpacks the messy multi-model stacks behind today’s AI agents. He also takes on a harder question: should AI even try to sound human?

Episode 2: “Everything Is a Code Problem” Founder of Israel’s Biggest AI Community, on Why AI Strategy Is Really an Engineering Problem Uri Eliabayev, AI Consultant & Lecturer and Founder, Machine & Deep Learning Israel. Eliabayev explains why he judges AI models on task-specific outcomes rather than benchmarks, and how reframing any problem as a code problem changes what teams think they can automate. He also argues that AI adoption moves fastest when it matches employees’ own motivations, not top-down mandates.

Episode 3: “Whoever Owns the Workflow Owns the Enterprise” Why Sarup Is Betting on Workflow Orchestration as the AI Control Plane Sarup Paul, VP Product Management, ServiceNow. Paul argues that complex enterprise workflows, not the UI or the model, will decide who controls the agentic enterprise. He also explains how ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower aims to govern every AI agent across the enterprise, not just its own.
