Adam brings a wealth of experience from his previous sales leadership roles at prominent audio companies, including Westwood One/Cumulus, SiriusXM, and iHeartRadio. A pioneering figure in the podcast industry, Adam Gilbert initiated the first podcast campaign for in 2011 and has remained a significant contributor to the industry ever since.

Since its founding in 2019, Ossa has been at the forefront of amplifying underrepresented voices and making podcast advertising more accessible to brand partners. It provides monetization opportunities and support to over 1,800 hosts who currently reach an audience of more than 56 million monthly listeners.

Ossa has been a beacon of innovation, especially with the launch of its proprietary technology last year designed to streamline the pre and post-sale processes of podcast advertising. This technology solution enhances operational efficiency and sales dynamics, particularly for teams managing a vast array of independent creators.
