Pitaya Entertainment (“Pitaya”), one of the leading global Spanish-language podcast networks, and TVNotas, the number one entertainment media company in Mexico, have signed a major new strategic alliance for the production and distribution of podcasts.
This ambitious project kicks off with the launch of two TVNotas shows in podcast versions: “El mitangrit de Horacio” and “Chismecito pa’ llevar”. Audiences will have free access to the podcasts produced by TVNotas on all the major podcast streaming platforms, such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music, as well as on the Pitaya website (pitaya.fm) and on YouTube.
“El Mitangrit de Horacio” releases new episodes every Thursday at 8 pm (CDMX time). Every week on “El Mitangrit” the most recognized entertainers are interviewed by Horacio Villalobos, the popular host and entertainment expert, who obtains exclusive and unfiltered revelations from celebrities such as Alfredo Adame, Shanik Berman, Clovis Nienow, Manelyk González, Mariana Seoane, Rocío Banquells and Juan Osorio, to name a few.
“Chismecito pa’ llevar” is a podcast that will release two episodes every week. One is available first thing in the morning on Tuesdays and has exclusive information published in the weekly issue of TVNotas magazine. The second premieres on Fridays at 8 pm and summarizes the most relevant entertainment news from recent days.
Throughout its 30-year history TVNotas has positioned itself as the number one entertainment media company in Mexico. Through its magazine, website (tvnotas.com.mx) and social networks, it currently gets more than 100 million monthly hits from its audience, to whom it offers exclusive information about their favorite celebrities. Since 2023, TVNotas has been part of OFEM Media Group, a communications consortium that integrates prestigious media companies.
