Los Angeles, CA – September 24, 2025 – QCODE today announces an expansion with Daylight Media, a new venture designed for creators to scale reach and monetization across audio, video, and emerging platforms. Built on QCODE’s proven track record of pioneering premium storytelling in podcasting, Daylight’s broader services include audience development and marketing, IP expansion, and technology and product solutions.

Coming off a growth round led by Eldridge Industries – a diversified holding company with investments in leading brands including A24, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Golden Globes, and Aman Group – Daylight will utilize its infrastructure and proprietary product and technology to support best-in-class shows with over 150 million monthly views and downloads across major platforms such as YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify amongst others. QCODE, as a brand, will continue to function as a premium content studio for storytellers in the scripted and unscripted space with a new slate of originals planned to begin rolling out in early 2026.

QCODE founder and CEO Rob Herting will lead Daylight Media as CEO. Ben Curtis — who was an early investor in QCODE and has served as an advisor since 2019 — will take on the role as President of Daylight. Curtis began his career at WME before leading the digital department at Brillstein Entertainment, and later co-founded the Red Sea Ventures growth fund and CPG-focused Private Equity vehicle, Tasseo Consumer Ecosystem.

With the lines between talk television and weekly podcasts continuing to blur, Daylight Media will service a wide range of genres, including some of the biggest emerging video podcasts and established award-winning series such as The Chris Cuomo Project, And That’s Why We Drink, Jillian on Love, You Should Know, Love and Radio, and Philosophize This, among others.

“Daylight was built to put creators and partners first,” said Steve Wilson, Chief Strategy Officer at Daylight. “With the creator economy thriving, we’re applying our proven experience in scaling premium content to support talent across all formats. We work behind the scenes, combining operational expertise and innovative technology to help creators grow their brands without compromising their vision.”

The company also announced an exclusive partnership to oversee ad sales and distribution for The Weekly Show with Jon Stewart podcast, hosted by legendary comedian and EMMY® and Peabody® award-winning host of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. With this partnership, the team will leverage its innovative sales strategies and expansive distribution network to bring The Weekly Show with Jon Stewart to a global audience. Comedy Central, in association with Stewart’s Busboy Productions, will continue to produce the podcast.

Over the last six years, QCODE, which ranks as a top 5 network, has established itself as the premier home for scripted audio storytelling, while building one of the fastest-growing internal ad sales networks. Its projects have featured top talent including Matthew McConaughey, Kerry Washington, Demi Moore, Rami Malek, Toni Collette, Carey Mulligan, and Jon Hamm, among others.
