Triton Digital®, the global technology and services leader to the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio industries, announced today the release of the latest Canada Podcast Ranker for the March 2024 reporting period (February 26, 2024 – March 31, 2024), as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

This month we welcome three new sales networks to the Canada Podcast Ranker, including Cumulus Podcast Network, Beasley Media Group, and Focus On the Family.

For this reporting period, the top three Canada originated French-language podcasts included Le Radiojournal (Radio Canada) again at #1, Les chroniques de Pierre-Yves McSween (Cogeco Media) again at #2, and Richard Martineau (QUB) again at #3.

The top three Canada originated English-language podcasts included Front Burner (CBC/Radio-Canada) again at #1, The World This Hour (CBC/Radio-Canada) again at #2, and The Current (CBC/Radio-Canada) again at #3.

Yet again, the top ranked podcast overall was Dateline NBC (NBCUniversal News Group). SiriusXM Podcast Network earned the #1 spot again on the Top Networks Report with 3.60M Average Weekly Downloads, followed by Wondery Network again at #2 with 1.86M Average Weekly Downloads, and CBC/Radio-Canada again at #3 with 1.58M Average Weekly Downloads.

The top ranked podcasts had several debuts in March including Three (SiriusXM Podcast Network), Shawn Ryan Show (Cumulus Podcast Network), SERIALously?! (Audioboom), Dave & Chuck the Freak: Full Show (Beasley Media Group), Understood (CBC/Radio-Canada), and more.

The Top Sales Network Report is ranked by Average Weekly Downloads, in accordance with v2.1 of the IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines.
