Publisher adoption doubles in the first half of 2026 as Podstock adds more than 1,000 podcasts and expands its cross-platform measurement footprint

August 11, 2026 – New York, New York – Podstock, the leading multi-platform analytics and management solution, today announced that it has surpassed 10 billion hours of content measured across YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts since its launch. In that time, Podstock has also measured more than 100 billion short-form clip views across social platforms.

The milestones reflect podcasting’s evolution into a truly cross-platform medium, as publishers increasingly look beyond downloads to understand audience behavior across audio, video and social. That trend is reinforced by Sounds Profitable’s The Podcast Atlas, which found that 73% of podcast listeners would follow a creator from audio to video, 71% would follow them from long-form content to short-form clips, and 84% of clip consumers say podcast clips have led them to become regular listeners.

“Surpassing 10 billion hours measured is more than a company milestone; it’s proof that podcast publishers are embracing a fundamentally different way of understanding their audiences,” said Michael Paretzky, CEO of Podstock. “Downloads remain important, but they no longer tell the whole story. Podstock gives publishers a unified view of how audiences consume and engage with content across every major platform so they can make smarter programming, distribution and monetization decisions.”

Since the beginning of 2026, Podstock has doubled the number of podcast publishers and networks using its platform. The company has also added more than 1,000 podcasts, including seven of the top 50 U.S. podcasts ranked by Edison Podcast Metrics.

Today, the platform supports publishers ranging from independent creators to some of the largest podcast networks in the industry. Recent publisher additions include Audio Always, Audiochuck, Companion, Higher Ground, Pushkin, The Roost, The Volume, and Voicing Change Media. This growth reflects the increasing demand from publishers for a unified view of audience performance.

Across its platform, Podstock has now measured:

  • 10 billion hours spent with podcast content
  • 10 billion downloads
  • 90 billion YouTube views
  • 1 billion Spotify video streams
  • 100 billion short-form clip views across social platforms

As podcast audiences continue to consume content across multiple platforms and formats, Podstock is helping publishers replace fragmented reporting with a single view of audience growth, engagement and business performance.
