The Role
We’re looking for a Account / Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO across every part of the business. This is a high-exposure, high-growth role for someone who wants to learn performance marketing at a deep level—across podcast advertising, YouTube integrations, and direct response strategy. You’ll be involved in everything from brand prospecting and deal flow → campaign execution→ performance tracking → optimization. If you want a front-row seat to how modern media buying and creator led marketing actually works, this is that role.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Prospecting
- Research and identify new brand partners aligned with our agency
- Assist in outbound outreach and partnership development
- Build and maintain prospect pipelines
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate podcast and YouTube ad campaigns end-to-end
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across brands and networks
- Assist in media buying and placement strategy
Performance & Analytics
- Track campaign performance across platforms (downloads, views, conversions)
- Analyze ROI and identify optimization opportunities
- Build internal reporting dashboards and summaries
Creative & Ad Grading
- Review host-read ads and integrations for quality and performance
- Help develop feedback loops for creators to improve reads
- Contribute to scripting and creative strategy insights
Operations
- Maintain internal systems for campaign tracking and reporting
- Support CEO on ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives
- Help improve workflows as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience (agency, startup, media, or marketing preferred)
- Strong interest in performance marketing, creator economy, or media buying
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset—you like working with data and figuring out what works
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Scrappy, proactive, and eager to learn
Bonus Points:
- Experience with podcast or YouTube ecosystems
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot, Shopify or analytics platforms
- Understanding of direct response marketing / DTC brands
