Power Play Ads is looking to bring on a part time AdOps specialist to help manage active campaigns. If you or someone you know is experienced in this field and looking for a low-stress fully remote part time job please reach out.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

▸ Manage post-sale campaign operations, ensuring all deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.

▸ Distribute updated ad copy to publishers and hosts in a timely manner, coordinating any revisions as needed.

▸ Set up and verify Podscribe tracking for all applicable campaigns, ensuring measurement and attribution are configured correctly prior to launch.

▸ Generate and send invoices to brand partners at the close of each broadcast month, maintaining accurate billing records.

▸ Monitor active campaigns for any issues and coordinate swift resolutions with the relevant parties.

▸ Maintain organized records of campaign assets, tracking links, and correspondence.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

▸ Prior experience in digital advertising operations, media, or a related field — podcast industry experience is a plus.

▸ Familiarity with ad tracking platforms; experience with Podscribe is strongly preferred.

▸ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without letting details slip.

▸ Excellent written communication skills and a professional, client-first attitude.

▸ Comfort working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

▸ Proficiency with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, invoicing software).
