Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup: Configuring and launching ad campaigns, including coordinating creation of custom landing pages and promo codes, ensuring product samples are shipped to show hosts, conducting onboarding calls, data entry of campaign schedules, and ensuring pixels are sent to networks/shows and set up for tracking campaign performance.
Copy: Creating drafts of ad copy for client approval. Ensuring show-specific copy is created and sent to networks/show hosts.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring landing pages and promo codes are set up correctly and offers are being applied correctly at checkout.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Tracking airchecks for all spots, reviewing all ads for language and technical compliance, and identifying and resolving issues with ad serving, tracking, delivery, and content.
Collaboration: Working with ad buyers, other Ad Ops team members, clients, and networks/shows to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
Reporting: Generating reports on campaign performance and providing insights to stakeholders as needed.
Skills & Qualification
Technical Proficiency: Experience with the Google platform, including Docs, Sheets, and Google Drive. Ability to learn platforms such as Podscribe.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients in a professional and respectful manner.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Who You Are
Located in Nevada, USA.
1–3 years of customer-facing work experience preferred in any industry.
Strong communicator—clear, warm, and proactive.
Organized and operationally sharp; you keep projects moving.
Confident working with data and tools (Google Sheets, Podscribe, attribution platforms).
Comfortable working remotely and independently with strong internal drive.
You like solving problems, not just checking boxes.
Compensation + Benefits
Starting salary US $20 per hour, 30-40 hours per week
