About the Ad Operations Specialist Role

Reporting to the Advertising Account Executive, you as the Ad Operations Specialist will support the Partnerships team with managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently, delivering optimal results for clients or advertisers, as well as managing other project management and reporting tasks.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule ad campaigns on hosting platforms
  • Update multiple reports tracking performance, reach, ad inventory, and sales results
  • Liaise with departments to ensure timely delivery of ad campaigns
  • Monitor and review air checks, show notes, and website for quality and accuracy
  • Make sure ad buys reach a completion state with satisfactory results on both sides
  • Assist with project management for partnership projects as well as provide support for the department
  • Follow the prescribed sales process and provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor



  • 3+ years experience in Ad Operations, Project Management, and/or Administrative Support
  • Experience with CRM software/tools, project management software/tools, and other software/platforms such as Monday, Hubspot, Megaphone, and Google Suite beneficial
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for podcasts would be an asset
  • Driven to succeed and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in time management, setting priorities, and taking initiative
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – phone, email, and zoom
  • Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products
  • Understand and apply effective business development strategies and techniques
  • Ability to work at the HQ office, 5 days a week, in West Hollywood, CA

The compensation range for this role is $66,700 to $70,000, depending on experience.
