Yoh has a remote contract opportunity for a Podcast Performance Analyst role with our client in the entertainment industry.
- 6-Month assignment (with the possibility of extension)
- 25 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: $40.00 – $45.00/hr. (DOE).

Overview:
As a Podcast Performance Analyst, you will be joining the team responsible for podcasts across a wide variety of brands. We work closely with programming and production teams to develop and produce original and companion podcasts that delight audiences and deepen fan engagement with our brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Track & report weekly metrics for all active shows (~15-20) within our catalog from various
sources, including podcast platforms, YouTube, and Spotify video. - Track & report monthly metrics for the entire catalog, identifying and interpreting month-over month and year-over-year trends.
- Build performance analysis reports for shows, visualizing and contextualizing the data for cross functional stakeholders.
- Support the Podcast team in understanding the current performance of the catalog, connecting content insights to business opportunity.
- Help develop and implement benchmarking systems and processes to support analyses and
recommendations. - Have a general understanding of podcast industry trends and competitive activity and a desire to learn more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of work experience, including 1-3 years in a data/analysis capacity — particularly in the podcast space
- Excellent analytical skills, with a deep attention to detail
- Superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the “so-what,” develop early
hypotheses, and propose the next line of inquiry. - Experience in building executive-level materials, with a keen eye for presentation design, and
the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentations. - Highly organized and self-directed; able to keep on an assigned track with minimal direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite of collaboration software, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
