Qualifications

• 4-year college degree with coursework emphasis in advertising/marketing
• Previous internship in advertising/media or the audio industry is a plus
• Enjoys working with and has aptitude for mathematical concepts
• Fluent user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrates both good verbal and written skills
• Conveys thoughts, ideas, feelings and decisions in a clear, concise and appropriate manner
• A critical analyst and problem solver
• An avid explorer in and user of cross platform vehicles; equal enthusiasm and desire to broaden knowledge of both online and offline media opportunities

Responsibilities

• Issue specs and gather proposals from vendors
• Set up campaign goals and build out buysheets using Act One Planner
• Run research on proposals using Act One Audience Report
• Coordinate with Creative Agencies on audio assets needed/traffic deadlines
• Coordinate with Strategy/Vendors/Creative Agency/Client on added value
• Issue IOs/set up campaigns
• Maintain vendor contracts, check for accuracy
• Work closely with Ad Ops team for billing/accounting needs/troubleshoot all questions
• Track schedule deliveries
• Comprise post buy recaps
• Assist with compiling modeling data

Compensation Range: $34,000 – $60,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
