Through brands like Personal Injury Mastermind (PIM), PIMCON, LawHer, and PIM Magazine, we produce content that helps law firm owners become better business leaders.
We’re hiring a Director of Media to own the next chapter of that growth.
This role sits at the intersection of media, storytelling, audience development, community building, and business impact.
What You’ll Own
Media & Content Strategy
- Own the editorial calendar and long-form content strategy across podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, magazine content, and emerging media channels
- Build content systems that transform one piece of pillar content into a complete cross-channel distribution strategy
- Develop new shows, content franchises, and media initiatives that grow audience and engagement
Audience Growth
- Grow audiences across podcast, newsletter, YouTube, social, and owned channels
- Use audience insights and engagement data to refine content strategy
- Build loyalty and trust with law firm owners through high-quality content experiences
AI & Content Discoverability
- Stay on the forefront of AI-driven search and content discovery
- Develop content strategies designed to answer the questions our audience is asking AI tools
- Help position Rankings.io’s media brands for the future of search
Measurement & Attribution
- Own media attribution frameworks, UTM governance, and reporting
- Understand how media influences audience growth, pipeline, and revenue
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into media performance
Leadership
- Lead contractors, freelancers, production partners, and future team members
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, Events, and Leadership teams
- Help shape programming and sponsorship opportunities for PIMCON and future events
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Built or scaled a podcast, newsletter, publication, YouTube channel, media brand, or content ecosystem
- Experience leading editorial, content, media, or audience growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of content repurposing and distribution systems
- Experience using AI tools within a content production workflow
- Familiarity with HubSpot, attribution, audience analytics, and performance measurement
- Excellent storytelling instincts and editorial judgment
- The ability to think strategically while still being hands-on

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Starting salary: $120,000 (Pay commensurate with experience)
