Full-time

Posted 5 days ago

ABOUT THE ROLE

Wellness Loud is a Los Angeles based podcast network with a production arm, a sales arm, and a new in-person studio. As CEO, I oversee every side of the business, and I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to be my right hand across all of it.

This person is my first point of contact and my second brain. When the team needs a decision or direction, they come to you first, and you bring the essentials to me. Roughly 80% of this role is operational and strategic support. The remaining 20% covers scheduling and light personal tasks. If you are exceptionally organized, quick on your feet, and love building order out of a lot of moving parts, this is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Executive & Operational Support

– Act as the central point of contact between me and the team, triaging incoming requests and surfacing what needs my attention.

– Help me oversee the production and sales arms, keeping projects, people, and priorities aligned.

– Anticipate needs, track follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

– Build and maintain systems and workflows that make the whole operation run more smoothly.

Studio & Facilities Oversight

– Help manage the in-person studio and building, coordinating logistics, vendors, and day-to-day needs.

Social Media & Content

– Post on my behalf, tag partners, and help capture and document content.

– Assist with creating short-form video and social content across my ventures.

Scheduling & Personal Support

– Manage my calendar and coordinate meetings around my availability.

– Handle occasional personal errands (for example, dry cleaning pickups).

WHAT YOU BRING

– Experience: proven experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable support role.

– Organization: exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many priorities at once.

– AI proficiency: fluent with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and eager to use them to work faster and smarter.

– Content skills: comfortable with social media and short-form video, and confident posting and creating content.

– Reliable and equipped: a reliable personal vehicle and your own laptop or computer.

– Local mobility: able to travel between the Hollywood office and my home in Silver Lake as needed.

– Cat friendly: comfortable working around cats.

THE DETAILS

– Location: In-person in Los Angeles (Hollywood office and Silver Lake).

– Compensation: TBA, depending on experience.

– Schedule: Full-time.
