Audacia Audio is building the next generation of audio media buying — and we’re growing fast.

We work with brands and agencies across multiple markets, and as we scale globally, we’re looking for a commercially savvy, detail-obsessed Global Accountant to own Accounts Receivable, credit control, and revenue finance operations.

We need someone who protects cash flow, improves systems, tightens processes, and helps us build a world-class finance foundation for scale.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of:

• Global Accounts Receivable management
• Credit control strategy and debtor management
• Invoicing across multiple markets and currencies
• Payment follow-ups and structured collections processes
• Revenue reconciliation and reporting
• Supporting month-end close
• Improving billing systems and automation workflows
• Working closely with leadership on cash flow forecasting
• Revenue operation strategy implementation

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in accounting, AR, or credit control
• Experience managing multi-entity or international billing
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition & reconciliations
• Comfortable operating in fast-growth environments
• High attention to detail
• Confident communicator — you can chase payments professionally
• Systems-minded (Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Process improver, not process follower

Bonus points if you’ve worked in:

• Media, advertising, or agency environments
• Subscription or recurring revenue models
• High-growth startups

• Clear visibility of global receivables
• Implementing processes across systems to improve consistent workflow
