About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing México sales team. We are looking for a confident & driven individual to help manage and develop a portfolio of media agencies and brand relationships. This role is ideal for a proven media salesperson, ideally with an established track record of success selling audio and/or digital media, who has a deep passion for podcasts, has experience in a fast-moving media environment, and displays confidence in presenting and building relationships. This is an amazing opportunity to join a pioneering company, in one of the fastest growing mediums.
What you will do
You will drive revenue growth across your assigned agency and direct brand portfolio of business and present Acast to agencies, clients and partners. You will evangelize, educate and sell the Acast Marketplace — Ads, Sponsorships and Branded Content– through both direct IO and programmatic channels. You will collaborate with counterparts in other regions across the Acast global footprint.
Who you are
You are a target driven, self starter, fantastic negotiator with strong relationship and interpersonal skills. To fit for the role you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success selling to agency holding groups and brand direct. Ideally, you have been experienced selling audio/podcasts or experienced in a fast-moving media environment or digital media and have a network in the media landscape. You are also well versed in the programmatic advertising landscape.
