As we set our sights on future expansion, we’re seeking a visionary Marketing & Social Media Strategist to lead our digital presence, ensuring our brand remains consistent, engaging, and ahead of the curve.

As a Marketing & Social Media Strategist at La Coctelera Music, you will be at the forefront of our digital engagement efforts, crafting compelling narratives and strategies that amplify our brand’s voice in the podcasting realm. Your expertise will drive our online presence, fostering genuine connections with our audience, and positioning La Coctelera Music as a thought leader in bilingual podcast content. Through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights, you will not only elevate our brand but also play a crucial role in our mission to bridge cultures and stories in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Social Media Management:

  • Lead and execute La Coctelera Music’s social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Beyond just posting, focus on building communities, understanding feedback loops, and driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Connect daily to our social media accounts to generate interactions and/or original publications.
  • Manage and implement La Coctelera Music’s social media calendar, using our content as the primary material.

Audience Engagement & Insights:

  • Utilize platforms to gauge the audience’s interests and reception to new products, events, and messaging.
  • Rely on anniversaries, key dates, news, and celebrations to repurpose content from La Coctelera Music’s archives on social networks.

Cross-Platform Expertise:

  • Ensure content is tailored and optimized for each platform, understanding the nuances and best practices for each.
  • Share evergreen content using our corporate designs, team photos, phrases, and slogans taken from our website and corporate materials.
  • Share content about podcasting news, from our partners and collaborators.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

  • Stay updated with the ever-evolving social media landscape, adapting strategies as platforms evolve and new ones emerge.
  • Familiarize with podcast production processes, technologies, and tools to ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous feedback, ensuring strategies are optimized and in line with industry best practices.

Content Writing, Strategy & Marketing Insight:

  • Create monthly articles and/or blog posts for Medium, LinkedIn and Website showcasing insights, behind-the-scenes looks, or industry trends relevant to La Coctelera Music. To also engage our professional network and share company updates or achievements.
  • Develop and implement various monetization strategies, including sponsorships, advertising, and potential subscription models.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize, develop, and curate high-quality and engaging content across diverse genres and topics.


-Proven track record in marketing and social media strategy, preferably in the media, entertainment, or podcasting industry.

-Strong relationship-building skills with a wide network in the media industry and brands.

-Deep understanding of podcast genres, audience preferences, and industry trends.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
