Listen are the UK’s leading podcast production agency working with the world’s biggest talent, brands and entertainment platforms on award-winning audio and video podcasts. Listen Labs is a dedicated strategy and marketing division within Listen working on bespoke projects for brands, publishers and creators. Our clients include Netflix, BBC, Audible, Spotify, Wondery, BMW, Sky Sports, Global, ITV and many more.

The Role

This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and working with our senior team to grow Listen through its next stage. It’s designed for someone with a hunger and passion for working at pace, across a variety of projects, with a desire to win new business and play a key role in our growing slate of award-winning work.

Responsibilities

• Implement the strategic sales plan for growing Listen.

• Identify and build relationships with media and PR agencies, and marketing teams at brands.

• Source content briefs and sales opportunities for Listen and Listen Labs.

• Respond to briefs: building premium proposal decks from start to finish, working on your own and collaboratively with the wider team.

• Presenting and pitching to clients, either on your own or as part of a pitch team.

• Working with senior team to identify new areas for revenue growth, eg new divisions and services.

• Work closely with Marketing Manager on Listen’s marketing collateral and activity (creds decks, case studies, PR, PPC, Events).

• Maintaining client relationships and communication to ensure smooth delivery of specific projects (account management).

Location

This is a hybrid role which will require you to work from home and Listen’s London offices. This role will require significant time spent at face to face client meetings.

Salary

£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience (plus commission).
