We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Podcast Production & Content Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves podcasts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working directly with talent to bring great content to life.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate guest bookings and recording schedules with hosts and talent

Run the in-studio recordings

Attend recording sessions to ensure smooth production and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Edit audio and video content for podcast episodes

Upload and publish finalized episodes into our hosting platform, including inserting ad markers and monitoring ad delivery

Upload content to Patreon when applicable

Create engaging video and audio social media clips to promote episodes

Write social media copy, episode descriptions, and advertising copy

Assist with general production coordination across multiple shows

What We’re Looking For:

Experience editing audio and video using Descript, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software

Understanding of how to create compelling social-first podcast content

Experience with hosting platforms and YouTube

Familiarity with podcast advertising workflows, including ad markers and placement

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Basic Canva skills

Experience with in-studio podcast production

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Experience working with podcast talent or creators

Passion for podcasts, digital media, and social content
