How you’ll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead consumer-facing advertising experiences across its brands. In this role, you will live at the intersection of monetization and building the best musical experience for our listeners. You will be responsible for overseeing the product roadmap for the SiriusXM and Pandora ads experience, ranging from audio, display, rewarded, and sponsorships. You will focus on a personalized ads experience that compliments and enables key listener use cases, while also assuring that state-specific and consumer privacy obligations are met.


What you’ll do:

  • Partner with SXM Media and AdsWizz Advertising Platform teams to deliver on a roadmap of ad experiences that allows us to meet our publisher-specific monetization objectives
  • Collaborate with the listener experience product teams to deliver advertising solutions that meet the needs of our listeners
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business and advertising teams to understand requirements and provide product vision to help inform their strategies
  • Leverage AB testing best practices to make data-backed decisions
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with org wide cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and features
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of product updates and releases
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably leading ad-supported media experiences
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and consumer privacy best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Can lead communication and collaboration with a diverse group of Senior cross-functional partners and with the Executive Leadership Team
  • A results-driven mindset and a passion for building products that delight customers


At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of 136,000 to 207,550 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
