Job Summary:
Are you passionate about podcasting and ready to dive into the dynamic world of ad operations? Join our team as a Publisher Operations Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our publishers by implementing ad campaigns across platforms like Libsyn, AdsWizz, and Megaphone.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Ad Operations Manager.
- Prepare and actualize ad campaigns, including attribution implementation for performance tracking.
- Support the publisher relations team in maintaining up-to-date listings.
- Assist in managing Libsyn’s programmatic ad solution, Auto Ads.
- Collaborate with the sales team on planning and executing ad buys within our platform.
- Connect with podcasters to determine ad inventory availability.
- Coordinate with podcasters and exclusive show partners on scheduling ad campaigns.
- Assist in the entire ad buying process for full-service clients.
- Monitor detailed elements of ad campaigns, including tracking metrics, to identify issues that may be negatively impacting performance, and make suggestions for optimizations.
- Follow up with podcasters post-campaign to report on actual downloads and air checks.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to function at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Knowledge of IAB Standards
- Experience in marketing / media planning
- Familiarity with podcast hosting and ad tech platforms
