Senior Account Executive / Director
Gumball is looking for a full time Senior Account Executive or Director to join a rapidly growing team of like-minded and hungry sellers.
We specialize in host-read advertising with the best creators in audio and video. We are seeking passionate communicators that can showcase the power of creator endorsed messaging to advertisers. Your primary responsibility will be driving new business for our creators, while managing some existing client accounts. We are an ambitious and flexible team. You’ll be empowered to achieve big goals in the way that suits you best.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new clients across key media agencies and brands
• Consistently grow existing agency and brand relationships
• Collaborate with account managers to develop best-in-class proposals and presentations
• Develop key account and category strategies with management team
Key Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in sales
• Pulse on culture with strong knowledge of podcast and YouTube creator ecosystems, social platforms and digital publishing
• Strong existing client and agency relationships
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Unrivaled work ethic
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to creatively work through sales and executional challenges
• Strong technical aptitude and desire to use new technologies and tools to work efficiently
