 Your Success will be Measured by:

• Revenue and Profitability – Ensuring our sales team hist their numbers and tracking how much revenue the team generates, comparing it to targets and assessing tis contribution to the company’s overall goals.
• Customer Satisfaction and Retention – Ensuring that the team delivers high quality service and value to clients.
• Team Performance and Engagement – Ensure quota attainment, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win rates, and average deal size are achieved.
• Innovation and Improvement – Build and improve sales processes, explore new approaches, and adapt to changing market dynamics.

You Have What It Takes If You

• Enthusiasm for unearthing new business
• A proven history of sales success and a love for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of elevating sales team performance
• Demonstrated record of successful revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to travel as needed
• While not mandatory, a media and/or digital background is preferred.
• Oh, and you have to have a clean driving record.
