About the role
We are seeking a Sales Planner to join our dynamic and expanding sales team in Mexico. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the efficiency of our sales operations and ensuring the successful achievement of our sales objectives. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide guidance in plan development, inventory management, content, product offerings, cost structures, packages, and other areas that align with the sales process.  The Sales Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating sales activities within the Mexican Market to optimize results and reach our sales goals. What you will do
As a Sales Planner, you will have a pivotal role in creating both strategic and tactical sales plans. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, scheduling, and efficiently anticipating delivery times for creative assets, productions, campaign objectives, and activations within specified time frames.
• Continuously schedule and monitor campaigns. Monitor the progress towards sales objectives in each campaign, taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve the set goals.
• Collaborate in managing inventories for each podcast to ensure availability that meets customer demand and goal fulfillment.
• Utilize various tools, dashboards, programs, and data analysis software to evaluate campaign performance, gain insights, and identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare regular sales reports and present results analysis both internally and externally.
• Work closely with content, ad operations, and finance teams to ensure the seamless delivery of all campaigns.
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes and propose solutions for implementation.
Who you are
You are an exceptionally organized and punctual individual with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have a strong eye for detail but also a creative streak. We are in search of a candidate with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, someone who remains composed in high-pressure situations. Having a minimum of 2 years of experience working in media agencies is highly desirable. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
