Position: Technical Account Manager
JOB SUMMARY
DAX Audio is seeking a Technical Account Manager who will be a key addition to our Programmatic team. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for working with both internal and external partners and will manage aspects of programmatic campaigns including set up, activation, and optimization. This role will be reporting into the VP of Programmatic and will play a pivotal role in our rapidly growing programmatic business.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Planning teams on RFPs/Avails requests.
- Hands on keyboard management of inventory forecasts, deal creation, optimizations, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor campaign delivery and conduct daily deal health assessments to make optimization recommendations and escalate any/all issues when applicable.
- Work with the Ad Ops and Account Management teams as needed to troubleshoot any issues that impact proposals, campaigns, and revenue.
- Grow client relationships by providing regular campaign and data performance metrics.
- Understand our publisher roster and their audience profiles to ensure targeted deals are running at optimal performance.
- Be a programmatic expert capable of consulting with the sales team and answer any media plan recommendation questions and/or capability questions that arise throughout the sales cycle.
REQUIREMENTS & GENERAL SKILLS
- 1+ year of experience in digital media or programmatic preferred.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Experience in compiling and analyzing insights from campaign performance reports to troubleshoot campaigns as needed.
- Excellent client service, verbal, and written communication skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong MS-Office Suite knowledge.
- Experience working with ad servers, SSP’s, and other digital media tech systems is a plus.
