JOB SUMMARY

DAX Audio is seeking a NYC-based Technical Account Manager who will be a key addition to our Programmatic team. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for working with both internal and external partners and will manage aspects of programmatic campaigns including set up, activation, and optimization. This role will be reporting into the SVP of Programmatic and will play a pivotal role in our rapidly growing programmatic business. The salary range for this NYC-based role is $85k-$95k which varies based on experience, with an additional bonus structure.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

·      Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Planning teams on RFPs/Avails requests.

·      Hands on keyboard management of inventory forecasts, deal creation, optimizations, and troubleshooting.

·      Monitor campaign delivery and conduct daily deal health assessments to make optimization recommendations and escalate any/all issues when applicable.

·      Work with the Ad Ops and Account Management teams as needed to troubleshoot any issues that impact proposals, campaigns, and revenue.

·      Grow programmatic revenue and client relationships by regularly providing proactive campaign performance, optimization recommendations, and upsell opportunities.

·      Understand our publisher roster and their audience profiles to ensure targeted deals are running at optimal performance.

·      Be a programmatic expert capable of consulting with the sales team and answer any media plan recommendation questions and/or capability questions that arise throughout the sales cycle.

 

REQUIREMENTS & GENERAL SKILLS

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic preferred.

·       Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.

·       Experience in compiling and analyzing insights from campaign performance reports to troubleshoot/optimize campaigns as needed.

·       Excellent client service, verbal, and written communication skills.

·       Resourceful, resilient, operates effectively both independently and under direction to achieve results.

·       Can work a hybrid schedule, reporting into our Midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

·       Strong MS-Office Suite knowledge.

·       Experience working with ad servers, SSP’s, DSP’s and other digital media platforms.
