Overview

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Growth Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling our expansion in the U.S. 🇺🇸 and sustaining our market leadership in France 🇫🇷. Leverage your expertise in growth management to craft effective acquisition strategies, funnel optimization, and lead generation, all while working closely with our CMO.

Focus Areas

  • Direct-to-Consumer Offers: Drive online subscriptions through self-service offers.
  • Enterprise Solutions (Ausha PRO): Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our Sales team to convert.

Target Audiences

  • Individual podcasters/ Freelancers / Small B2Bs for direct online subscriptions.
  • Enterprises (Big companies / Agencies & Studio / Public Organizations) for Ausha PRO offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our traffic to our marketing websiteausha.co
    • Optimize both semantic and technical SEO.
    • Brief and create new content to drive traffic
  • Grow our number of Trials and Subscribers
    • Craft compelling landing pages.
    • CRO Management: Conduct tests and make continuous adjustments to achieve optimal Conversion Rate (CVR) at each stage of the funnel.
    • Paid Channel Management: Oversee Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Social Media Advertising (SMA) campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Oversee affiliate audiences.
  • Grow our number of MQL
    • Execute cold mailing and CRM scraping.
    • Implement lead scoring and segmentation.
    • Forge strategic partnerships for new growth avenues.
  • Data-Driven Strategy
    • Provide in-depth weekly and monthly reports to the CMO (beware she’s a data-junky)
    • Utilize data to challenge team and agency performance.
    • Coordinate market and sales reporting.
    • Update monthly the Mkg team Data studio
    • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategy (be creative and smart)
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team comprising a Website Developer & Technical Marketing Stack Manager and a Lead Generation Manager.
    • Oversee freelancers and agencies as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Sales to refine lead qualification processes.
    • Partner with the Content team for SEO, Ads, and other resources.
    • Coordinate with Product for technical tool implementations.

Preferred experience

Desired Profile

  • 💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2B tech (SaaS) environment.
  • 🇺🇸 Native or at least Fluent in US-English and have worked for the US market
  • 🤝 Strong cross-functional and team collaboration skills.
  • 🎯 Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with C-level executives, demonstrating a clear understanding of business objectives and strategies.
  • 📡 A strong inclination towards technology, innovative tools/AI and an understanding of the latest market trends.
  • 💜 Someone who shares our values.
