The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing media company at an exciting stage of expansion. As Vice President, Brand Partnerships, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth for both AdLarge and fwd., introducing brands and agencies to integrated marketing solutions across podcasting, digital audio, video, social, branded content, live experiences, and creator partnerships.
We’re looking for a strategic, consultative seller who enjoys opening new doors, building lasting relationships, and helping marketers solve business challenges through innovative media solutions. You’ll be equally comfortable presenting to agency holding companies, integrated investment teams, digital buyers, social and influencer teams, and brand marketers, positioning AdLarge and fwd. as trusted partners capable of delivering measurable business results.
You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing company, influencing how brands connect with audiences through premium content, creators, and innovative media solutions.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy that consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.
Prospect, develop, and close new business with advertising agencies, holding companies, brands, and emerging advertisers.
Build relationships across integrated investment, digital, audio, social, influencer, and brand marketing teams to create new opportunities.
Grow and manage a strategic book of business while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships across multiple channels.
Sell integrated marketing solutions spanning podcasting, digital audio, video, social, branded content, creator partnerships, live events, and custom programs.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations that align client objectives with AdLarge and fwd.’s audience-first solutions.
Partner closely with marketing, creative strategy, ad operations, and leadership to deliver customized client programs and exceptional execution.
Represent AdLarge and fwd. at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
Stay informed on media, creator economy, and advertising trends to identify new opportunities for clients and partners.
Qualifications
10+ years of success in digital media, advertising, podcast, creator, video, or integrated media sales.
Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business while growing strategic client relationships.
Existing relationships with advertising agencies, holding companies, brands, and key marketing decision-makers.
Experience selling integrated media solutions across multiple channels.
Comfortable presenting to agency investment teams, digital buyers, social and influencer teams, and senior brand marketers.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Passion for media, creators, marketing, and helping brands connect with engaged audiences.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission plan that rewards performance and offers significant earning potential for top performers.
