Position Overview:
As the VP or. Director of AI Personalization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our AI-powered personalization product suite. You will be responsible for deepening our understanding of AI personalization technology, identifying market trends, and ensuring that our products align with customer needs and industry best practices. Your expertise will guide product development, customer support, and sales strategies.
You will handle Sales, Account Development, and ultimately be responsible for campaign success for our Dynamic Creative Optimization, DCO campaigns.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary authority on AI personalization technology, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements, methodologies, and industry trends. Translate this knowledge into actionable insights for the product team.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with the product development team to define, prioritize, and guide the development of AI personalization features and capabilities. Ensure that product roadmaps align with market demands and technological possibilities.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their unique personalization needs, pain points, and challenges. Use this feedback to drive product improvements and customization options.
- Sell in technology, develop client accounts, oversee team managing successful campaigns, generate renewal campaign business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI personalization. Share findings with the leadership team and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for internal teams and customers. Ensure that everyone involved with the product understands its capabilities and how to maximize its potential.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in promoting and delivering our AI personalization solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the AI personalization space through webinars, conferences, blogs, and industry publications. Represent [Your Company Name] as a leading authority in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree .
- Proven experience (7+ years) in advertising technology, with a track record of successful implementations.

- Experience in product management or a related role is a plus.
