Adalyst Media, the podcast network “where women and moms come to listen,” announces the launch of Unsticking It! hosted by Blaire Brooks & Molly Lloyd, past co-hosts of the popular parenting podcast Toddler Purgatory. After launching at #4 on the Apple Podcasts Kids and Family chart in 2021, Toddler Purgatory developed a large and dedicated female fan base over its hundred-episode run. Unsticking It! With Blaire and Molly will bring all the humor and insight listeners have come to expect from this hosting team to a new podcast focused on ways to regain our creative selves after becoming parents.
Each week the co-hosts of Unsticking It! will explore ways listeners can break free from their creative ruts and reignite their artistic flow. As the show’s tagline explains, “Sometimes… life stucks!” Hosts Blaire Brooks and Molly Lloyd, who each combine parenting with their respective creative careers, plan to share the struggles involved with overcoming creative blocks as busy parents.
As an actor, Blaire Brooks’ credits include appearances on the television shows Bull, Blacklist, and Law & Order: CI. Molly Lloyd’s own extensive credits in theater, television, and film include voicing the character of the mom on PBS Kids’ Pinkalicious, and a longtime stint as a resident sketch performer at Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City.
Co-host Molly Lloyd said, “I could not be more excited to return to the mic with my friend and partner in creativity and momming chaos! As our off-mic conversations started to lean away from potty training and into clearing our artistic blocks, we knew we had to bring our listeners along on our journey. We know our past female listeners will connect to our attempts to rediscover our creativity while navigating the chaos of daily life: pandemics! World events! Children with no volume modulation in the car! (Seriously though, how can one small child be so loud?) Can’t wait to get unstuck with you all.”

Blaire Brooks is an actor who has appeared in the films Like Father (Netflix) and Demolition, and on television shows including Blindspot, Bull, Law & Order: CI, and Blacklist. Blaire is currently the voice of Chevron and has appeared in on-camera commercials for brands including Mountain Dew, Heineken, Microsoft, and FedEx. Blaire is a member of Crescent Stage and has performed Off-Broadway at the Public Theater and Manhattan Theater Club. She and her husband reside in the NYC area with their son (7) and daughter (4).
Molly Lloyd is an actor and improviser who has appeared on TV in such shows as FBI: International (CBS), Law and Order (NBC), and the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt interactive movie (Netflix), as well as in many TV commercials including Zillow, State Farm, Uber, and GoDaddy. She was the voice of the Mom on the first three seasons of PBS Kids’ Pinkalicious & Peterrific. For 10+ years she was a regular improv & sketch performer and teacher at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) Theatre in New York City, and performed nationally at universities and comedy festivals as part of the UCB Touring Company. You can see her next in the indie films Queen of Knives and The Disruptors. She lives in a college town in Pennsylvania with her husband and young son, where she moans and groans about mowing the lawn but secretly likes it.
