ATLANTA, GA — Could Be Pretty Cool®, the Atlanta-based, B Corp certified podcast production and media company, will debut Pretty Cool Data Story at the Atlanta Tech Week Startup Showcase, a curated two-day exhibition of emerging companies held August 12 and 13, 2026 at AmericasMart as part of the Silicon South Summit.
Pretty Cool Data Story turns an organization’s podcast archive into searchable qualitative research. Universities, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations record hundreds of hours of conversation with the exact people they serve, then never look at it again. Pretty Cool Data Story codifies that entire audio archive into themes, patterns, and citable evidence, with every finding traced back to who said it and when. Pretty Cool Data Story was workshopped through the 2024 NYC Media Lab x Bertelsmann Ethical AI Challenge and the 2025 Techstars x Emory Founder Catalyst, and is part of the broader Pretty Cool Data venture, which pairs the analytics platform with a private research community for independent creators and custom creative research services.
The Startup Showcase is a headline feature of the Silicon South Summit during Atlanta Tech Week, connecting a selected group of founders across AI, media, fintech, health tech, and adjacent industries with venture capitalists, corporate partners, and engineering teams. The showcase is presented alongside Google for Startups and includes BLD ATL, a built-in hackathon where creators build functional software prototypes live. Entry to the expo floor requires a valid RenderATL ticket.
