Podcasting is unique because it allows creators to share their voice with audiences around the world. And the more directories a show is listed in, the larger that audience can grow.
But getting listed across directories can be complicated. New podcasters may not know where to start, while experienced creators can put off submitting their show when every directory has its own process.
Buzzsprout found that over 70% of its active podcasters were not listed in at least one directory where they could have been.
To help podcasters reach their largest audience, Buzzsprout redesigned its directories page so podcasters can submit their show to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and 14 other audio directories without leaving Buzzsprout.
In the two weeks since launch, more than 5,200 Buzzsprout podcasts have added at least one directory where they weren’t listed before.
Getting your podcast out into the world should be the easiest part of podcasting. Buzzsprout’s redesigned distribution page helps podcasters spend less time managing their shows and more time creating.
