Show-Based Calendar System
Built directly into Northflow’s infrastructure, each podcast now gets its own calendar—with full Google Calendar integration. Ideal for scheduling interviews, pre-interviews, and editorial deadlines, the tool enables real-time collaboration between hosts, producers, and clients.
Smart Forms That Create Episodes
Forms can now be embedded directly into workflows, replacing external tools like Jotform, Typeform, and Google Forms. Users can automatically convert submitted forms into pre-populated podcast episode drafts, saving hours of manual input.
Production Schedule Planner
Say goodbye to your excel spreadsheets and hello to your integrated show planning system. With drag-and-drop ease, podcasters can now plan episodes by season, theme, or campaign—complete with color coding, note linking, and long-term content strategy visibility. Designed to support both solo creators and multi-show agencies.
AI Task Assistant + Image Generation
Within each task card, creators can now generate outlines, write descriptions, or even create promotional images via Northflow’s native AI tools. Generated visuals are stored instantly in the show’s asset library, reducing redundancy and keeping all episode elements in one place.
Quick Task Mode
This UX-enhancing update allows users to enter multiple tasks without the need to re-click or reopen windows, dramatically speeding up repetitive task creation for producers and VA teams.
