Los Angeles, CA – August 11, 2023 – PodcastOne, a leading podcast platform and a subsidiary of LiveOne (NASDAQ: LVO), announced today that it has obtained the exclusive network distribution and advertising sales rights to comedian Brendan Schaub’s network of podcasts The Schaub Show, The Fighter and The Kid and The Golden Hour.

Launched over a decade ago Schaub’s signature podcast The Fighter and The Kid is a weekly show hosted by the comedian and former professional UFC fighter and co-hosted by actor and comedian, Bryan Callen. Each week, they’re joined in the studio with a guest co-host for an uncut and unedited, and sometimes just ridiculous conversation. Guests have included Bert Kreischer, Jay Mohr, Pauley Shore, and Harlan Williams.

Another of Schaub’s beloved podcasts joining PodcastOne, The Schaub Show, explores the intersection of combat sports and life in and outside the sport. Through the eyes of Schaub, the show is an entertaining mix of truth, comedy, and rawness. Each week he’s joined by some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment like Israel Adesanya, Francis Ngannou, Jake Paul and Suga Sean O’Malley. Episodes showcase weekly insights into mixed martial arts and consist of deep dives with guests during regular Food Truck Diaries, Friday Night Flashbacks, and Calabasas Fight Companion episodes. Formerly known as Below the Belt, The Schaub Show brings you inside the world of professional fighting.

The Golden Hour is a weekly look at all of the most relevant cultural and social topics driving conversations in America. Schaub is joined on each show by a rotating collection of top-tier comedians who stop by to share their thoughts on everything from top trending news and engaging fan submitted videos.

“Brendan Schaub’s passion for creating must-listen podcasts pairs well with PodcastOne and vision for the future of podcasting. His engaging persona resonates well with audiences and advertisers alike and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the PodcastOne family,” said Kit Gray, President of PodcastOne.

The Schaub Show, The Fighter and The Kid and The Golden Hour join a lineup of PodcastOne’s top charting news, comedy, society and culture genre programming including The Adam Carolla Podcast, The Jordan Harbinger Show, and The Dr. Drew Show. PodcastOne’s slate of programming can be heard on PodcastOne, Apple, Spotify, Amazon and wherever podcasts are heard.
