Building on the success of their original children’s podcast, ‘The World’s Wackiest Bandits’, Podster is excited to announce the release of another captivating original show. Titled ‘Wild Science,’ this podcast takes listeners on a journey through our planet’s living wonders and unbelievable biology. ‘Wild Science’ will feature two versions, one tailored for children and another for adults, ensuring that listeners of all ages can enjoy the show.

‘Wild Science’ uncovers the extraordinary secrets of science. The podcast takes complex scientific concepts and explains them in an enthralling way to a broad audience. Each episode is meticulously crafted based on the latest research and scientific discoveries from around the globe, ensuring that listeners are always at the forefront of scientific knowledge.

Listeners can expect to explore a wide array of subjects with ‘Wild Science’. From the enigmas of genetics and our planet’s magnificent ecosystems to the marvels of marine biology and the mysteries of human evolution and dreams, Wild Science explains and explores. The episodes are designed to engage listeners with storytelling that brings scientific concepts to life, making them relatable and exciting.

“’Wild Science’ is not just a podcast: it is an adventure into the heart of the natural world,” states Henriette Høj Gharib, Co-founder and CEO of Podster. She continues, “Our goal is to make science engaging and accessible for everyone. This is why ‘Wild Science’ will be produced in two versions, one for adults and one for kids. So everyone with an interest in scientific concepts will get a chance to be enlightened, entertained and inspired.”

‘Wild Science’ is written by Etienne Terblanche, a science journalist, natural history writer and explorer with 15 years of experience in the field. He is the former editor of Innovative Breeding by VikingGenetics, a former staff writer at Encounter Africa and has created research-backed educational content for conservation organisations like CapeNature, where he produced a popular field guide to tortoises, among many other projects.

Terblanche also has a background in wildlife rehabilitation, ultimately specialising in predatory birds and working with species as diverse as owls and penguins. What’s more, as a keen sailor and diver, he has explored some of the world’s remotest oceans, including crossing the Southern Ocean from Africa to Australia.

The first season of ‘Wild Science’ is available for global distribution. Do not hesitate to reach out to the Podster team, if you wish to distribute this show to your territory.
