Quill Named One of Canada’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies for Second Consecutive Year

Quill

March 20, 2026

Quill, a leading branded podcast agency, has been recognized on The Globe and Mail’s 2026 ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies for the second year in a row, earning the #22 position out of 44 companies recognized nationwide. The annual list spotlights women-led businesses that have demonstrated exceptional revenue growth over the past three years.

This year’s list spans 44 companies across industries, from technology and healthcare to finance and media, underscoring the breadth of women-led business leadership in Canada.

“Being recognized two years in a row isn’t something we take lightly; it’s a reflection of the team we’ve built and the clients who trust us to tell their stories through audio. But more than that, it’s a reminder of how much runway there still is for women-led companies in media and tech. We’re proud to stand alongside 43 other companies on this list that continue to prove this,” says Quill’s CEO and Founder, Fatima Zaidi.

Quill’s continued placement on the list reflects sustained momentum in the branded podcasting space, where the agency works with enterprise clients including Expedia Group, L’Oreal, PwC, and Interac. As demand for audio and video content grows, Quill continues to expand its capabilities and client roster while maintaining its identity as a female-founded, 68% female-led organization that has scaled without raising venture capital.

Alongside its podcast production work, Quill operates CoHost, a podcast analytics and audience insights platform that gives brands deeper visibility into listener behaviour and content performance. The dual-business model positions Quill at both ends of branded audio: product and measurement.

The complete list of Canada’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies for 2026 appears in the March issue of the Report on Business magazine and online at The Globe and Mail.
