Red Seat Ventures, a Fox Corporation company, today announced it has partnered with entrepreneur, author and renowned media personality Jillian Michaels as the new production home of the acclaimed podcast Keeping It Real: Conversations with Jillian Michaels.

As the host of Keeping It Real: Conversations with Jillian Michaels, Jillian discusses important and timely topics surrounding health, wellness and much more. Through in-depth conversations with an impressive lineup of guests, she brings valuable insights, inspiring life stories and actionable advice from leading thinkers, innovators and changemakers. From medicine to mental health, groundbreaking science to current events, relationships to career, Jillian explores the questions that affect people’s lives and the world every day. The podcast is available on Wondery, Spotify and Apple podcasts.
