Los Angeles, CA – October 12, 2025 – It was announced today that Daylight Media, a new venture from the team behind QCODE built to scale creator reach and monetization, and powerhouse podcaster Shawn Ryan, have inked a new strategic partnership. Under the agreement, Daylight will oversee ad sales and distribution for the chart-topping podcast, The Shawn Ryan Show, as well as audience development, IP expansion, and marketing for the larger brand.

Since launching in 2019, the series — hosted by former US Navy SEAL and CIA Contractor — has become a trusted source for uncovering inconvenient truths overlooked by mainstream media, amassing over one billion views on YouTube. As part of the deal, structured as a revenue-share model, Daylight will provide strategic guidance to continue to grow the show’s already massive audience and market presence, while The Shawn Ryan Show will retain full ownership and creative control of the IP.

Shawn Ryan is a former US Navy SEAL, CIA Contractor, and Host of “The Shawn Ryan Show.” Shawn enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 18 and began his journey of becoming a Navy SEAL where he served with SEAL Teams 2 and 8, deploying to multiple conflict zones and fighting in both OIF (Iraq) and OEF (Afghanistan).
