The SMARTA Podcast, hosted by 18-year-old author and youth leadership advocate Sonia Marta, reaches a major milestone with the release of its 100th episode, marking more than 800 days of conversations, ideas, and stories dedicated to the next generation.
To celebrate this landmark, Episode 100 adopts a new approach to its established format, featuring questions submitted exclusively by the show’s community, allowing listeners to influence the conversation.
Sonia Marta launched The SMARTA Podcast 2 years ago out of a drive to inspire more people and a deep curiosity to discover the truth behind the success of some of the world’s industry leaders. Across 100 episodes, the podcast has brought together an impressive roster of global voices from leadership, customer experience, personal branding, business, and beyond, including Andrew Bryant, Guy Kawasaki, Case Kenny, Bob Burg, Dain Walker, and Jonathan Conyers.
“I built SMARTA as a way to create a space for meaningful conversations that go far beyond surface-level success stories,” informed Marta, Founder and Host. “It took me 2 years to produce the first 50 episodes, but the next 50 came together in just nine months. That growth reflects my own development as a host and the incredible support of my audience and past guests that believed in my journey. Reaching 100 episodes is an incredibly proud moment for me, but what I’m excited for most is the community I’m building, and the stories yet to be told!”
As the podcast crosses the 100-episode threshold, the platform is actively preparing for an exciting new phase of international growth. With the excitement from the new number of podcasts, Marta announced the launch of a new suite of professional services, led by her 1-on-1 business coaching, and personal branding programs, in partnership with RAN Communication PR Agency to support the packages.
Designed to support a diverse range of clients, from teenagers and students to young professionals. Above all, her coaching aims to provide those aged 18-24 with the structured guidance and tools that are typically provided much later in professional careers.
Looking ahead, Marta plans to further grow the SMARTA community and expand into in-person experiences following her move to Dublin, Ireland, this September, where she will pursue a bachelor’s degree in Media. As the podcast enters this next chapter, SMARTA will explore opportunities to connect with its growing Irish audience through live conversations and events.
The 100th episode of the SMARTA Podcast is now available across all major podcast platforms.
