BOSTON, January 20, 2026 — Workable, the end to end hiring and HR platform trusted by more than 30,000 companies worldwide, has announced the launch of Next at Work, a new podcast focused on the future of work, with a strong emphasis on AI, hiring, and leadership.
Hosted by Workable’s own Brendan Jeannetti, Next at Work features candid conversations with executives, HR leaders, and AI experts who are actively shaping how work is evolving. The podcast cuts through surface level talking points to deliver practical insights on talent strategy, workplace culture, leadership, and the real impact of emerging technologies.
Jeannetti brings a background in both media and business to the show. Before joining Workable, he created and hosted the chart-topping podcast Music You’re Missing and previously worked on air at iHeartRadio and Beasley Media Group, helping shape conversations that are informed, engaging, and accessible.
